Below is a link to a sermon on Psalm 2, entitled, "God Laughs." This sermon was preached by Rev. Ralph F. Boersema to Maranatha Canadian Reformed Church, Surrey, BC, Canada, on August 28, 2011. Rev. Boersema is the president of the IRTC and was a member of the founding committee of the College. He is an ordained minister of the word of Maranatha and was a missionary in Brazil until his early retirement in 1997, due to blindness.
